Marinated Tenderloin

2-4 lb Tenderloin (we used sirloin)

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup parsley (my wife thought this sounded like a lot, we used 1 TBSP, but Lisa confirmed it should be 1/2 cup)

2-3 garlic cloves cut in 1/2

1 TBSP rosemary leaves

1 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp. oregano

 

My family and I really enjoyed this! You definitely want to let this marinate most of a full day. My wife had found a very good cut of sirloin, I ended up going medium rare-ish on the finish and this marinade really helps bring out the flavor of a good cut without hiding it. Definitely a keeper at our house!
