I don't usually do police blotter stuff, but this one is downright weird. Clearly if a firefighter did this it would be an extremely disturbing story, the breach of public trust is tremendous. And I am NOT doubting the accuser here, but if the medication impacted her the way it's described here, what type of credibility will she have as a wittness and how do you prove that this really happened?

It took a year to bring charges; I'm wonder if prosecutors have more than is reported in this story. If it's her word against his, I think you have a tremendously difficult time prosecuting this, which makes this all the more terrifying if she is telling the truth.
