BREAKING: Wisconsin Assembly Passes Budget Without Debate 55-42

MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. THE FOLLOWING IS AN ADVISORY FROM CBS NEWS:

With 270 electoral votes needed to win the White House, the CBS News election team estimates that as of now 212 are likely to go to President Obama, or they're leaning toward him.

For Mitt Romney it's 191.

CBS News estimates 135 electoral votes are up for grabs.

So, what they're saying is that the election is virtually impossible to predict right now. Not exactly "stop the presses" stuff(if they even stopped the presses anymore), on August 8. Obama has a 21 electoral vote lead with 135 electoral votes completely up for grabs. That's like trying to give the score of the Packers' regular season opener today.
