This is morphing from agents behaving badly to a very serious story. If the prostitutes are underage, that's a serious problem. If the President's security was compromised in the way described in this story, that's a major national security problem and it does bring into question the competency of the Secret Service and its basic ability to protect the President.
I've seen the Secret Service at work protecting President George W. Bush. They are highly trained professionals. If at least some of them have forgotten that such professionalism, and decorum, is needed from them 24/7, that's a problem. A big problem.
