While any violence or threat of violence is inexcusable, I agree with Cantor that the left is fanning these flames for political purposes. The left is blaming both the GOP and talk radio (again) for this stuff. Both sides have their fringe elements. This is clearly the product of a fringe element. I believe Minority Leader John Boehner has done a good job of repudating this stuff. The New York Times has been particularly unfair on its editorial pages of painting the right with a broad brush where these acts are concerned.
