As we were airing this live today I said "just wait and Joe will say something stupid." I didn't pick this gem up live on the air this morning. But apparently a lot of other people did. It's not like the guy has never been around a live mic before.

And something else, did you notice how President Obama has used Biden for a prop on thiis issue recently? He had him at his side in making his statement after the bill passed Sunday night and had him introduce him today. Not sure what the strategy is there.
