I doubt it. Kind could in fact be on the fence. But I trust the Hill on this one; that Kagen is a definite yes. His office has a track record of being deceptive. When he was going to speak to a union organized lovefest, his office downright lied and said they didn't know whether he was going to be there, when he knew he was going to be there for weeks before the event. I believe they are doing the same thing here. Kagen is almost certainly a yes and almost certainly isn't considering anything right now.
