From today's Wall Street Journal. Much has been written in recent days defending these lawyers, arguing that no attorney should be persecuted for providing a competent defense to any defendant, regardless of what we may think of them. I agree; lawyers shouldn't be vilified for defending villians. But they should be vilified for this type of behavior. How many people knew this was happening?

And how many people knew that the law firms involve successfully fought the government's attempt to stop this travesty?
