Yes, the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute is a conservative think tank. But consider this; if the Thompson/Feingold numbers sound optimistic to conservatives, the Feingold/Wall numbers are right about where I would expect them to be. And I would expect Barrett/Walker to be a toss up right now.

Standing alone you might be tempted to write-off the Thompson lead, but combined with the Feingold/Wall numbers, this is interesting to say the least. I'm still among those who don't believe Thompson will do this, but I sure hope he does.
