The War Against Raw Milk

Posted by Jerry Bader on

Perhaps a tad extreme around the edges, but his overall argument is a good one; that there are things at least as, if not more dangerous than raw milk that the government couldn't care less whether you consume them. He also makes a good point that raw milk was consumed for thousands of years.

I will concede that the one point he misses is that because consumers have come to accept pastuerized milk as milk for the last century, they are not schooled in storage and use. They have to understand that you can't keep raw milk the way you do "store bought" milk. But I think that's their responsibility to learn, and overall I think this is a GREAT piece on why it's insane for the government to keep you from buying raw milk. Big Hat Tip to Loyal Listener MB!
