Loyal listener Bronson actually shared this story with me yesterday morning, but we didn't get to it on the show. The paper has it today. Fox may be right; This week's SCOTUS ruling may invalidate the laws he now says he won't enforce. But that's not the case until each is challenged in court, under the recent ruling.
I can't support a prosecutor saying he won't prosecute laws that are still on the books. He's a lawyer; he knows these laws are still valid until specifically struck down by a court.
