AP Projects Scott Brown has won the Massachusetts Senate Race. Tomorrow's topic: is Scott Brown an instant star in the GOP? And why in the world did President Obama step into this race on Sunday when dems were already conceding defeat by Monday?

The dems will try to blame all of this on Coakley the lousy candidate. True enough, she was that. But Brown gained more traction the more he made this about health care reform. Will other dems run from HCR as toxic? Is HCR dead?

And to say this is a historic upset is an understatement. The person who won Edward Kennedy's seat was going to be instantly famous as it was (think Proxmire taking McCarthy's seat). That any Republican could win this seat and that any Democrat could lose it is simply stunning.
