The Appleton Post Crescent bestows the "Silver Pen" honor on certain letters to the editor. I have no idea what their criteria is. All I know is most of their Silver Pen letters end up in My Crayon report; letters we're sure were written in crayon. This gem is no exception and will get the Crayon report treatment tomorrow morning at 8:30.
