Based on this story and other interviews Thompson granted after this speech, there's no doubt he's intentionally leaving people in limbo about his intentions. Previous stories have pointed out how Tommy is enjoying the buzz this speculation is creating. But if he leaves this hang out there until June or July and then doesn't run, the disservice his ego will have done to conservatives in Wisconsin won't be easily forgiven.
