I'll admit, I didn't fully understand the scope of this law in Wisconsin. I find it interesting that Republicans couldn't get this changed while they controlled both houses of the Legislature. The central argument of opponents of change is that family members could be charged with aiding criminals while being ignorant of the fact they are in fact aiding a wanted fugitive. I think this is a non-argument. I'll make my case on that on the show tomorrow.
