The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel tries to convince us that the elimination of the Qualified Economic offer, which allowed school districts to avoid arbitration with teachers unions if they offered at least a 3.8 percent increase, is going to be BAD for teachers. Yes, that which they have fought to hard to eliminate is now gone, and teachers are worse off for it. You really can't make this stuff up.
