NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Neenah Animal Shelter has taken in seven puppies after they were found abandoned in a plastic tote near a sidewalk.
Officers found the tote Sunday night, on a residential driveway right next to the sidewalk.
Officers spoke with area homeowners and no one knew the origins of the dogs.
