Quick 5-10-15 Cross-Fit Type Workout

If you've heard about "Crossfit" and wanted to try it, but don't have the opportunity, here is a quick little workout that many would classify as a "Crossfit-Type" workout...give it a shot!

5 Pushups

10 Crunches

15 Body Weight Squats

(Rest 10 Seconds)

5 Deadlifts

10 Alternating Lunges

15 Reverse Crunches.
