The Post Easter Ham And Coleslaw Sandwich

After this weekend many folks will be thinking "That sure is a lot of ham to get through". If you also have a bowl of coleslaw left over, get some good Rye or Pumpernickel bread and toss that ham and coleslaw in between 2 slices and go to town! Thinly sliced Swiss or Provolone adds a nice touch.

If you want your sandwich to stay looking like a sandwich, don't forget to butter your bread. That's even more important if you don't use cheese or your beautiful plate will look like the end of Easter dinner.
