Mark Levin 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
On Air Now.
The White House still believes.
Rush Limbaugh discussed this today. Pretty heady stuff, but if you can plow through it, it is even more shocking than the emails themselves. As this piece asks, when will the MSM end its denial and start doing its job and report this stuff?
I haven't verified this group's claims. I just found this.
Gone, all gone.
He's right, it is. And consider this; the media in this country have already dedicated more airtime to Tiger Woods' "accident" than they have to Climate Gate. This is simply one of the greatest crimes in the last century, period. I'm still not convinced they aren't going to get away with it.
The strategy is to limit coverage of this unprecedented scandal to those who have already been constant critics of this junk science. Think about it; if the most coverage is coming from those who they've already marginalized as "kook deniers"(bloggers, skeptical scientists and conservative talk radio) and the MSM's coverage serves only to minimalize this, it could turn out to be nothing more than a temporary setback. And right now the chance of them pulling off that strategy is no worse than 50/50 and it might be better than that.
I know some listeners think I'm going overboard with coverage on this. This IS one of the greatest scandals in WORLD history. The magnitude of this; the millions these scientists and others have made, the global scope of the MASSIVE redistribution of wealth they're attempting in the name of this fraud.
The WHOLE world media should be fixating on this. That's why we're urging you to continue to share this information, particularly with those who think this is all more "denier nonsense." You cannot overstate the magnitude of this scandal. It's global scope is truly unprecedented.
Color me surprised. Not!!!!
WOW, this, from the New York Times!!!!
A very insightful piece.
Don't know if this is true, but it makes a lot more sense than the original reports.
This case of a Wisconsin man sent to prison for deer hunting is going to test the 1996 federal law which bans for life possession of a gun by anyone convicted of domestic abuse. I believe Judge Sykes got this right. While Heller does allow for some regulation of firearms, she hits the nail on the head that the allowance of such exceptions doesn't relieve the government of its burden of justifying laws that restrict Second Amendment rights."
While preventing domestic abuse is a noble cause, Sykes is right in rejecting the notion here that the government can simply say the end justifies the means in this case. They're gonig to have to show that the law isn't excessive. If her ruling is used as precedent to apply to all gun regulation, this ruling could be a huge victory for gun rights.
Fox News reports that President Obama's troop surge in Afghanistan could be a tough sell with libs. The Fox report suggests that most Republicans in Congress will go along with his plan to be announced Tuesday night. It'll reportedly call for 35,000 additional troops; short of the 40,000 Gen. McChrystal wants, but still more than enough to hack of libs.
I am among conservatives that aren't so sure this is still the "right' war. I'm also not so sure 35,000, or even 40,000 is nearly enough. I've said publicly before we should get out. I stand by that and will tee it up on Monday's show for your consideration.
